Angelina Jolie is now set on adopting a child from Burma. Burma is one of the countries she see's as a red alert country and doesn't feel she's doing enough to even make a dent in the problem that these third world countries are in. To find out more on Brad and Angelina's plans to adopt again go to Marieclaire.co.uk, and let me know what you think.... :)

You know, Angelina has never been one of my favorite celebs. I have always thought she was a little crazy (making out with her brother on th red carpet, and wearing a vile of Billy Bob Thorton's blood around her neck are 2 things that "normal" people don't do). However, I must say, all her crazieness aside, I think she is doing things that only a very special person could do. All of the work she is doing in these countries, and the money she donates is amazing.
There are many celbs out there that "donate" to charity, but what she does (and Brad Pitt now too) goes FAR beyond donating. They give up huge chunks of their lives to people. Raising children cannot be easy, and they are adobting babies from all over the world and giving them a shot at life. I just think it is wonderful what she is doing. it really does seem like she is doing this out of the goodness of her own heart, and I commend that.

Raising children cannot be easy
It's probably a LOT easier when you've probably got enough nannies to do your job though.

hahahaha, I'm sure that would make it easier huh? Good point! :) My thought was tho, people have a hard enough time diong it with there own kids, I think it's awesome she would love someone elses children enough to raise as her own! I just have such a respect for people who adopt children in need! :)

Does this mean that adopting a child from a third world country has now become fashionably amongst certain celebrities/socialites. What ever happened to the term 'charity begins at home?'
