Really tacky. Especially the articles of clothing featuring her face and name.
However, a few things could be worked with.

Just because things are really colorful and just because they feature someones face on them, doesn't make them tacky..

at least Ashlee sat down and worked on clothing unlike most of the socialite gone singer gone fashion designers out there
